Map: Mackay 4740 American company Peabody Energy has announced it will acquire all remaining shares in Queensland miner Macarthur Coal.PEAMCoal, which is owned by Peabody, has more than 90 per cent of Macarthur's shares, which means it will now take full control of the company.Trade in Macarthur Coal shares has been suspended.Macarthur operates a number of mines in Queensland's Bowen Basin.
